In Store, at Crush Boutique or Whitney + Winston of Beacon Hill:
Customers who visit our brick-and-mortar locations engage in a boutique shopping experience. Personal attention, the ability to try items before making a purchase and nature of a boutique environment require us to operate with the following return policy:
Crush Boutique and Whitney + Winston will accept un-worn and un-altered items with original tags attached and a sales receipt for return within 14 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only. Items purchased in-store at Crush Boutique must be returned to Crush Boutique. Items purchased at Whitney + Winston must be returned to Whitney + Winston. A store credit never expires and can be utilized at any time. Sale items, lingerie, jewelry and related items are final sale. Any item that has been worn, tailored or otherwise altered is not eligible for a return. Crush Boutique reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the aforementioned requirements.
Our Online Return policy is different than our In Store policy as we understand that customers have purchased an item without trying it on first. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re more than happy to accept your return.
Shopcrushboutique.com accepts returns provided that the items are returned within 21 days of the date of the order confirmation. All returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition, with original tags attached.
Shopcrushboutique.com reserves the right to refuse any return should it not meet these requirements. Original as well as return shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
PLEASE NOTE: All SALE items, undergarments, and jewelry purchases are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.
How To Return An Item:

2. Ship your merchandise to the following address:

All returns must be pre-paid. Crush Boutique must receive your return within 21 days of when the order was placed. NO EXCEPTIONS. We recommend that you ship your returned merchandise via USPS or UPS with a tracking number. In the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled, Crush Boutique cannot take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation.
Once we receive your returned merchandise, your return will be processed within five business days. All refunds will be made in the method of original payment. The value of the merchandise plus any applicable tax will be refunded.
Please note that Crush Boutique reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above criteria.
